Uniliv is the brand under which accommodation, co-living, co-working, and related services are offered across India. These services are offered by Communezen Rentals Private Limited for direct-to-consumer (D2C) operations and Communezen Ventures Private Limited for business-to-business (B2B) operations. In this Privacy Policy, the term “Platform” refers to the Uniliv website, mobile applications, resident portals, booking systems, customer support systems, and any other digital services operated under the Uniliv brand.

Depending on the services you use, your personal data may be collected, used, or otherwise processed by the relevant Uniliv entity.   3. To process payments– processing payments, billing, invoicing, refunds, payment verification, and fraud prevention.
  4. For legal and regulatory compliance– including tenant verification requirements, compliance with applicable laws, tax and accounting obligations, responding to lawful requests from government authorities, and resolving disputes.
  5. To improve our services– analyzing usage patterns, conducting surveys, improving user experience, developing new services and features, and enhancing the Platform.
  6. For marketing– sending promotional offers, newsletters, and information about new properties or services, only where required by applicable law or with your consent.
  7. For safety and security– verifying resident identity, managing access controls and CCTV systems (where applicable), preventing fraud and misuse, and investigating complaints, incidents, or suspected violations of our policies.

We process your personal data only where permitted by applicable law, including with your consent, where necessary to provide the services you request, to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, to protect the security and integrity of our Platform and services, or for other lawful purposes permitted under applicable law.

Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or otherwise capable of entering into a binding lease/license agreement under Indian law.
